I purchased mSpy for the 24/7 support and their scheduled call recordings. Although you do get a live person when you call and they are faily available, they are NOT 24/7 and their Techs are not that knowledgable.. I would get all sorts of reasons and suggestions for solving a problem that had no relationship with my real problem. Although their techs were somewhat knowledgable, it's like they gave scripted answers and refused to do anything beyond that. One tech gave me a recommendation that actually caused me to loose precious recorded files. Also, their servers get overloaded all the time. It takes FOREVER to get your files "Downloaded". I have waited 10 days to get results back. They need a real time monitoring tool. At this point I DO NOT RECOMMEND mSpy.
